Chicken Bone Broth

WHAT:

  • Bones, skin, etc from a rotisserie chicken carcass

  • 12 cups water

  • 1 onion

  • 4-5 cloves of garlic

  • 2 TBLS sea salt

HOW:

  1. Place the bones, skin, etc from the rotisserie chicken in a large crock pot.

  2. Add onion, garlic, water, and salt.

  3. Cook on low for 12 hours or on high for 4 hours.

  4. Strain out the broth and save in the fridge or freezer for later.
