Chicken Bone Broth
WHAT:
Bones, skin, etc from a rotisserie chicken carcass
12 cups water
1 onion
4-5 cloves of garlic
2 TBLS sea salt
HOW:
Place the bones, skin, etc from the rotisserie chicken in a large crock pot.
Add onion, garlic, water, and salt.
Cook on low for 12 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Strain out the broth and save in the fridge or freezer for later.
