Stewed Apples

WHAT:

  • 1 apple

  • 1 TBSP butter or coconut oil

  • A dash of cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Honey to taste

HOW:

  1. Chop apple and cook covered on low in butter or coconut oil

  2. Top with cinnamon and cook for about 10 minutes.

  3. Add honey and combine

  4. Put on top of plain yogurt or cooked oats
