GF Cassava Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

WHAT:

  • 1/4 cup softened butter

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 + 1/4 cup cassava flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • Chocolate chips to your hearts desire

HOW:

1. Preheat oven to 350*

2. Combine the softened butter with brown and white sugars

3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla

4. In a separate bowl, combine cassava flour with baking soda and salt

5. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet

6. Add chocolate chips and combine

7. Bake for about 10 minutes
