Sourdough Pizza Crust
WHAT:
1 cup sourdough discard
2 cups flour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 TBLSP olive oil
HOW:
Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl then knead the dough 4-5 times being careful not to over work the dough
Form the dough into a ball and place into a bowl lined with olive oil
Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for at least 2 hours (10-12 hours for best results)
Heat the oven to 475* and roll out your dough into desired shape
Add the toppings and bake for 10-15 min or until the crust is golden
