Maple Cinnamon Marshmallows
WHAT:
1/4 cup filtered water
1.5 TBLS unflavored beef gelatin
1/4 cup filtered water
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 TBLS cinnamon
HOW:
1. Add 1/4 cup water into a bowl and sprinkle with beef gelatin
2. Set aside and allow to bloom for 5-10 minutes
3. In the mean time, combine 1/4 cup water, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt into a pot over the stove on low to medium heat until hot enough to dissolve gelatin
4. Mix and break up the gelatin then slowly incorporate the hot maple liquid
5. Mix for about 15 minutes until texture in thick and fluffy
6. Quickly transfer into a lined or sprayed dish
