GF Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

WHAT:

  • 1 can pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1.5 cups flour of choice (I used 1 cup gf blend + 1/2 cup cassava flour)

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Chocolate chips to your hearts desire

    HOW:

    1. Preheat oven to 350*

2. Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl

3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl then add to wet ingredients

4. Add chocolate chips

5. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes
