Beet Kavas
WHAT:
1 beet, roughly chopped
4 cups filtered water
1 TBLS sea salt
HOW:
Add all ingredients into large mason jar or other glass container.
Loosely cover (place the mason jar top on without sealing it).
Let it sit on the counter out of direct sunlight for 3-5 days.
Strain out the beets and save the liquid in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
