Sourdough Discard Crackers
WHAT:
500g (1 + 2/3 cups) sourdough discard
40g (about 5 TBLS) melted butter
Italian seasoning to taste
Flakey sea salt to top
HOW:
In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard and melted butter
Once mixed, add your seasoning of choice
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and divide your mixture in half
Spread into a thin even layer
Bake at 325*F for 10 minutes
Remove and score your crackers and add sea salt
Place back in the oven for another 25-30 minutes or until you’ve reached your desired crispiness
