Sourdough Discard Crackers

WHAT:

  • 500g (1 + 2/3 cups) sourdough discard

  • 40g (about 5 TBLS) melted butter

  • Italian seasoning to taste

  • Flakey sea salt to top

HOW:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard and melted butter

  2. Once mixed, add your seasoning of choice

  3. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and divide your mixture in half

  4. Spread into a thin even layer

  5. Bake at 325*F for 10 minutes

  6. Remove and score your crackers and add sea salt

  7. Place back in the oven for another 25-30 minutes or until you’ve reached your desired crispiness
