Protein Pancakes

WHAT:

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 TBS maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 scoop @equipfoods vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • A few dashes of cinnamon

HOW:

  1. Blend all ingredients into a blender until combined.

  2. Let butter melt in a medium heat pan and add 1/4 cup of batter.

  3. Let cook for about a minute on each side and serve with your favorite toppings!
