Protein Pancakes
WHAT:
1 egg
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup milk
1 TBS maple syrup
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop @equipfoods vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
A few dashes of cinnamon
HOW:
Blend all ingredients into a blender until combined.
Let butter melt in a medium heat pan and add 1/4 cup of batter.
Let cook for about a minute on each side and serve with your favorite toppings!
