Cashew Milk

What:

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbls pure maple syrup

How:

  1. Soak cashews overnight in water
  2. Rinse cashews after 6-8 hours of soaking
  3. Blend cashews and water in a high power blender until smooth
  4. Add vanilla, sea salt, cinnamon, and maple syrup
  5. Strain milk through nut milk bag or cheese cloth

Add to smoothies, chia seed pudding, coffee, or granola!

Can keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
