- 1 cup raw cashews
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbls pure maple syrup
- Soak cashews overnight in water
- Rinse cashews after 6-8 hours of soaking
- Blend cashews and water in a high power blender until smooth
- Add vanilla, sea salt, cinnamon, and maple syrup
- Strain milk through nut milk bag or cheese cloth
Add to smoothies, chia seed pudding, coffee, or granola!
Can keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
