My Favorite Pinned Recipes

March 15, 2017

I found Pinterest in 2011 and have been completely hooked ever since. If you could’ve seen my wedding board you would’ve been blown away my friend (now deleted due to the fact that I had all the post wedding withdrawal feels). I find a lot of great recipes on Pinterest and store them on my ‘Yummies’ page. It’s basically your personal online cook book! So here are my top recipes that I have tried!!

1.Oven Roasted Fajitas by Rachel Shultz

This recipe is definitely one of my go-to’s. It’s quick, easy, and has minimal clean up – an all around win!!

2. Grilled Romaine Salad by The Floating Kitchen

Okay, besides the fact that this is completely GORGEOUS, this light and tasty dish is perfect for a Summer BBQ while staying on track with your health goals.

3. Greek Oregano Chicken with Orzo by Half Baked Harvest

I love this recipe because there are always leftovers! It’s super filling and deliciously satisfying. Definitely a staple!!

4. Butternut Squash and Spinach Lasagna by Julia’s Album

We don’t eat pasta too often, but when we do it’s usually in lasagna form. It lasts us for quite a few days and is a great fall comfort food.

5. Thai Red Curry by The Kitchenthusiast

I’m obsessed with Thai food. It’s way too good. This curry recipe hits the spot. Yes, you have to get the ‘special’ ingredients, but trust me, it’s so worth it.

All of these recipes are delicious and quick week night (or weekend) meals. These are definitely on my ‘staple meals’ list and I make one of these – or a version of – at least once a week. Try them out and tell me what you think!!
