Top – Zara // Bottoms – Banana Republic // Shoes – Sak’s 5th Avenue
As the end of Chiropractic College approaches, so does strict clinic attire guidelines. Due to our dress code, I can’t wear these shoes (only wedges or flats allowed), this top (too low), and I’ve even already been scolded for wearing these pants because they’re “too short”. Needless to say, I cannot wait to get out of the clinic and be able to wear whatever I want – like this outfit!!
Finding business pants that are cute, fit well, and are affordable has been the challenge of the century. I’ve gone through countless pairs because they either ripped (chiropractors do a lot of squatting in the office), worn out, or I’ve actually lost them (I honestly have no idea how that happens). Luckily, there’s a Banana Republic Factory Store just down the road from my house and it has become my go to for busines pants. They have a huge selection of all different styles including petite.
Zara is my all time favorite store. It’s a good thing the closest one is an hour away or else I’d be in big trouble. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this top. It’s flowy and feminine which I love and can be worn to a ton of different events!
The shoes were a total steal I found at a local outlet mall. It was one of those times where I knew I wouldn’t be able to wear them for months until after graduation but the sale was so good you just can’t pass it up. When I got home I just kept telling my husband, “look how much I saved!” (just don’t look how much I spent).
